"The basement spa and swimming pool are an absolute must visit. The hotel is fantastic and set in beautiful grounds. Some of the in room furniture is looking a little dated but the bed was comfortable and the hotel had everything you could ask for for a great night's sleep"

"I had a reservation confirmed one week in advanced for 3 nights and when I arrived the receptionist told me I could only stay for one day because they overbooked the rooms. She was not friendly and very rude. The bar staff were nice and friendly but the receptionist was terrible."

"The first room I was given the walls were being striped of paint and wallpaper, the second room wasn't in much better condition, curtains that don't cover the windows, right next to a motorway I wouldn't stay there unless you need just somewhere to sleep for the night."
